Return Policy
Special reminder: 1. You can change the color, style or cancel the order before delivery. Of course, you need to contact our customer service to assist you in completing these operations. We are happy to help you; 2. No returns and refunds are accepted after the goods are shipped; 3. No refunds are accepted for multiple delivery failures due to incorrect addresses when placing orders.
We accept cancellations before the goods are shipped or produced. After the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If you need a refund, please contact our after-sales customer service, customer service email: Support@PoppyWilson.shop. We will not be able to cancel the order after the goods have been shipped.
Returns
We accept returns. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of the delivery of the goods.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, and must be in the original packaging. You need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase for returns. Please consult our customer service to ensure that you send the package to the correct address.
Please contact customer service with the order information and a brief description of the return. It contains our return address and basic information of the return order.
We will process your return within 3-7 business days after receiving the package.
Notes
If the size or color you ordered is incorrect, please contact us before shipment and we will unconditionally assist you to change the information. Changes cannot be made after shipment and all losses are borne by the buyer.
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for the 14-day refund policy.
If the return is caused by the consumer's own reasons, the consumer should bear the shipping costs. The specific cost depends on the courier you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or the information is inaccurate due to our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the resulting shipping costs.
There is no restocking fee for returns.
Special items are not refundable, please purchase with caution.
All items must meet the following guidelines, otherwise the customer will bear the return shipping costs:
Single order more than 3 items (including 3 items) or multiple orders are not eligible for return.
Orders where the consignee refuses to accept the goods for any reason (including unpaid duties or taxes) will not be refunded.
There are no refunds for orders that were not delivered due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the consignee.
If the buyer orders the wrong size, our store is not responsible for the loss and will not accept refunds. For returns and refunds, all costs are borne by the buyer. We will refund after receiving the goods, but we need to confirm that the shoes will not affect resale.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If your application is approved, your refund will be processed and the corresponding amount will be automatically deducted from your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Overdue or Missed Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then, please contact your credit card company, and your refund may take some time to be officially credited. Next, please contact your bank. Refunds usually take some processing time to arrive.
